The role requires management of the end to end manufacturing from receiving of materials from logistics team through to ensuring dispatch of finished products to customers such that Quality, Cost and Delivery targets are achieved. A key element of the role will be to foster a culture of continuous improvement focusing on people development.
This role is for someone to look at the quality of products being sent out from and being delivered to Adder and to provide assurance that goods are prepared in compliance with all relevant specifications. The person will perform inspections on components, parts or products and provide statistical written reports on the levels of conformance and root cause analysis.
We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to join Adder and take leadership of the purchasing team, developing the function in line with the changing needs of the business. You will also be managing your own supplier base working to reduce cost, improve quality and ensure supplier on-time delivery is at the appropriate level.
